Actress-model Minka Kelly is on fire! If you recall, Esquire named the 30-year-old beauty "The Sexiest Woman Alive" in 2010, and Kelly is starring alongside Leighton Meester in the upcoming film The Roommate. The Friday Night Lights star, who is currently dating Derek Jeter, will also play Marisa in the new Charlie's Angels reboot.

Minka Kelly has been in the spotlight a lot recently. In September, the Friday Night Lights star reportedly got into an altercation with Delta flight attendants because they wouldn't let her dog fly on the plane. In October, Esquire named Kelly "The Sexiest Woman Alive," and next month the 30-year-old beauty will star in The Roommate (opening February 4). Minka also landed an important role in Just Go With It, an upcoming film starring Adam Sandler (opening February 11). So will the lovely Ms. Kelly cap off these achievements by tying the knot with New York Yankees star Derek Jeter?

"I promise you, I'm not getting married in the next month," Minka said in an interview with GQ. Perhaps the two will wed in March...

"2,000 colleges. 8 million roommates. Which one will you get?" That's the spooky slogan of this new thriller hitting theaters February 4th. Leighton Meester plays a deranged college freshman who becomes obsessed with her new roommate, played by Minka Kelly. (I know plenty of guys who are obsessed with her already so this plot is perfectly plausible.)

While Minka became well known for her role as cheerleader Lyla Garrity on Friday Night Lights, Leighton is loved as the lead character on Gossip Girl. Both ladies are often lauded for their lovely good looks, with Minka named "Sexist Woman Alive" for 2010 by Esquire magazine. Leighton is currently the spokesperson for Herbal Essences hair products and a new Vera Wang fragrance.

There's some eye candy for women viewers of this film as well, as Cam Gigandet of The O.C. and Twilight fame is included in the cast, along with Billy Zane who's been flirting with film since the 1980s.
