With Brazilian and Native American ancestry, Ashley Sky snuck onto the modeling scene just a couple of years ago. By posting a few photos online at the urging of her boyfriend, she was quickly contacted by a modeling agency, and then by Kanye West! 

While she was hestitant to become a "music video girl" in Kanye and Jay-Z's "Otis," her small role became a stepping stone towards her gargantuan goals.

Becoming a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and a Victoria's Secret model are her big dreams which she truly believes she can achieve, despite her decision to promote herself independently, without an agency. 

"The advantage is that I'm in front of so many people, and out of those people, somebody important has to be seeing me. Somebody that knows somebody. It's really just focusing on your own marketing, and that's another thing agencies don't do. Unless you are a supermodel, there's hundreds of girls in your agency and your agent is working with hundreds of girls, not just concentrating on you," she explained to Complex.
