It's going to be a busy year for hottie Halle Berry -- the 44-year old actress has confirmed a spot in an upcoming film which will detail Aretha Franklin's life. Franklin confirmed the news, saying, “Halle Berry is me for the older me and a younger actress has yet to be named.”

Berry is also appearing in New Year's Eve, the ensemble comedy follow-up to last year's Valentine's Day. She will also appear in the time-bending sci-fi flick, Cloud Atlas. It's only January and Berry's already got three films on deck means that Berry is in for an action packed 2011.
