Playboy founder Hugh Hefner has had a lot of girlfriends over the years: Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, Kendra Wilkinson, identical twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon. And now just two weeks after splitting from fianceé Crystal Harris, Hef has a new main girl: 25-year-old Shera Bechard.
“Shera is both our November 2011 Playmate & my new girlfriend,” Hef tweeted after curious fans asked about her status.
So just who is Hugh Hefner’s latest Bunny honey? According to her website, Shera was born and raised in Kapuskasing, Ontario and moved to Toronto to pursue modeling when she was 18 years old. The Playmate-to-be loves traveling, sushi, and Seinfeld and hates people who abuse animals or disregard the environment. Shera describes herself as a “pretty private and quiet” person so who knows what she thinks of all this sudden attention.
For her part, Crystal Harris was not surprised by news that her former fiance had move on.
“I was replaced the day after I left. #Expected,” the “Runaway Bride” tweeted.
Though the photos on Shera’s website show her as a brunette (see below), Hugh’s new girlfriend is now a platinum blond making her look virtually identical to all of a Hef’s previous girlfriends. Perhaps it's a rule that all Hugh's girlfriends must look alike?
