Our Jersey Shore darling, J-wwow was caught in a precarious position recently allowing her ex-boyfriend to snap a few risqué photos of her.

Well, you knew those photos would surface eventually. Sure enough the photos are being shopped to several media outlets. RadarOnline.com reports there are at last three photos being shopped.  The first is a topless photo of her facing the camera and was shot from the waist up.

 The next has her slightly turned with much of her back to the camera. She is wearing only a skimpy wrap around her waist that leaves the back view wide open.

Last but not least the final picture is a full length topless shot with her again wearing a skimpy wrap around her waist and her boots.

Now we are not sure if these are the same photos the guidette is suing former boyfriend Tom Lippolis over or not. 

Apparently he did take a few before and after shots of her when she had some work done, and by work we mean a boob job.  We have a hunch it would be the before pictures she is most concerned with.

Lippolis says “Before she had her second breast augmentation she was uneven, scarred, deformed and had tons of cellulite. There were two inch scars on her nipples and after the surgery they had stretched the skin and removed the scars.”

He admitted, “She is really concerned I'm going to sell nude photos of her. She doesn't want people to see what she looked like before she had all her surgeries."

Well, if you think someone will sell nude photos it’s quite simple, don’t pose for nude picture.
