Kate Upton has been drawing tons of attention since she was named the cover model for the swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated earlier this week. She rocks a super-skimpy red bikini on the cover, leaving very little to the imagination, but it isn’t just her itsy bitsy bikini that’s drawing attention.

Kate is a curvier build than most swimsuit models. Some say it’s a bad thing, but I find it pretty refreshing. The 19-year-old is obviously a beautiful girl. She’s a successful model, so I don’t need to validate that. While she may look curvy to a lot of people in the world, she represents a much healthier image for women to strive for than most other models.
