It was announced earlier this week that Christina Ricci would be heading to TV to star in the drama Pan Am. It’s been a while since Ricci has been in the limelight – although she’s been keeping busy as an actress, there hasn’t been a blockbuster on her radar in quite some time.
In addition to Pan-Am, she’s also lined up to appear in the 2011 films War Flowers, Bel Ami, and Born to Be a Star.
Ricci made her screen debut at age 9 in the movie Mermaids, in which she starred with Cher. Her breakthrough adult role was in The Ice Storm, and she is most noted for her work as Wednesday Addams in the big-screen adaptation of The Addams Family.
